C. I. Barnes currently serves as the Senior Pastor of Covenant Community Christian Fellowship, a multi-cultural non-denominational community of believers located in Locust Grove, Virginia.

A known and well respected Speaker, Bible teacher and apologist, Pastor Barnes has served and is still serving on the governing boards of several Para-Church ministries and Discipleship ministries through-out Northern Virginia, Central Virginia and the Washington, DC metro area.

After a lot of prayer and encouragement the pastor has finally placed "pen to ink', to write a  discipleship study series that can be easily comprehended for dynamic Spiritual Growth.
